Summary: Staff were amazing. Very clean. The only negative I had was that my room had no towels, so I had to get dressed and go down to the front desk from the 4th floor to pick them up in the morning. The breakfast lady was especially kind.

Summary: EVERYTHING was wonderful!! Such a beautifully decorated hotel, very clean and colorful room, loved the glass door on the shower and above all the Front Desk Staff was EXCEPTIONAL!! :) WIill absolutely stay there again when I go back to Hershey! :)
